Freeport Jam — August 2 at the Community Center
The City of Freeport is hosting a Freeport Jam on Sunday, August 2 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Freeport Community Center, located behind Freeport City Hall at 124 Highway 20 West. The event is open to everyone — no registration required. The jam features bluegrass, country, gospel, and rock music.
The Freeport Jam is a casual community gathering organized by the City of Freeport. Residents can stop by for an afternoon of connection and conversation at the Community Center, 124 Highway 20 West, Freeport. The event follows a successful Freeport Jam held in June, which drew residents for an afternoon of community fellowship.
Players are encouraged to bring their acoustic instruments. The event is family-friendly — no alcohol and no shenanigans. Audience members are welcome to come clap and sing along.
